Busy Bees

 

This is our Two year old room for children age 2-3 years old. We can hold up to 16 Two year olds.
If your child accesses flying start this is the room they will be in.

The toys and resources are placed at child height giving them the freedom of choice. There is an emphasis on the natural world including natural resources and everyday objects. This allows children to develop an understanding of the world around them. 

Group activities will support their social skills, sharing and many other areas of their development. Every child is individually planned for putting their needs and development at the centre of the activities.

Children learn through play and this is encouraged both indoors and outdoors, whatever the weather!

They make the most of the decking area, our outdoor park and forest area.

They have a dedicated sensory room for the children to access as and when desired and play opportunities always available to them such as Messy play, play dough station, craft and physical play.

There is children's toilets, a nappy changing area and separate sleep room.

Ratio in this room is 1 adult to 4 children
